Ok my question is when Mark of the Xenos comes out will it stats and fluff for the old space marine legions ,as each was quite distinct., be in it. Nightlords act differently to Alpha Legion for example.

I think until then you can have a look at the lexicanum oder WH40k wiki for the question of fluff.
