Anyone wondering this? It's a little frustrating to say the least.........
Why are the new books out in the UK and not in the US til January???
It's a trap!
I've yet to see any with suppliers of my regular shops myself, and we're just next to the UK...
Don't know how a few of them got it so early.
Perhaps Lady Fate decided the UK gets shafted on release dates all the time, she thought she'd make up for it ![]()
I wonder if the train from China to London is faster than the boat, then train/truck from China to Minnesota?
Doubtful.
More likely they sent them to European distributors first to get them 'released' about the same time so the Euros wouldn't complain this time (and in the process somehow delayed them to the US customers so the US complained). And/or the printers for some of this were closer to Europe than the US.
Otherwise it makes zero sense since FFG is, you know, in the US.
(It appears to me that the above message by Jimlary was a bot. Neat, that must 'ave been the furst 'un I seen 'ere.)
I still think it's a trap. The Euro books are soaked in poison, Name of the Rose-style. There will be deaths. Meanwhile, the CIA has intercepted the contaminated lots in the US and all's well.
oh, and I got copy of my Players Guide in my hands now ![]()
how nice.
I'll just wait for Amazon. My local hobby store claims that they'll have the creature guide and vault by next week, but they keep WFRP on the back shelves and rarely know what they're talking about.
Part of the issue is I can't bring myself to pay the extra cost when I'm happy just waiting for the discount through Amazon (and it comes right to my house so I don't have to take the extra time to stop at a store), so I'm not certain if they really sell anything in the WFRP line. They're mainly about Comic books and M:TG.
They delayed release to the US ...
because you touch yourself at night!

Only at night? What a lightweight.

Oh, they will get you for that daytime wickedness when Witch's Song ships.
