Army Size Rules.

I have a rule question,

Imagine i have a supply of 5 , that means i can have 4-3-2-2 army size. But, let's supose i attack with my army of 4, but leave a footman behind, i win the battle. At this time i have 3-3-2-2. I'm I respecting supply limits? I ask this, because i have 2 armies of 3, instead of one, as it states in Supply collumn 5.

I apreciate all the help you can give me..

The numbers in the supply column mean you can have that many or less .

So since Supply Column 5 allows you to have 4-3-2-2, that means that you can have 4 armies, two of them must have only 2, one of them can have 3 or less, and 1 that is 4 or less.

It would be perfectly legal to have 2-2-2-2 as your armies, because they fulfill the criteria above.

The number is the maximum size, not the required size.
