Now that disease is out (Signs of Faith) do you think it should actually be a disease you risk?

I think that's a great suggestion: wonder whether they'll update the troll (and other critters) in the Creature Guide to take advantage of the new rules.

It'd be nice if the undead creatures, for instance, had pointers to Tomb Rot. (Well, okay, maybe "nice" isn't really the word I want here.)

So for troll vomit rather than Average vs Insanity, I think Average (2d) Disease check to avoid contracting a disease with Contact or Filth traits. No specific one predicted (all sorts of things in a troll).
