rules for a Grey Knight look a like assault marine...

Im about to start GMing a DW game and one of my players collects 28mm Grey knights... and he's asking me if he can make a Grey Knight Assault Marine.....

I was thinking I should make him a Librarian with a jump pack and a force Halberd...

Now stats wise, I was thinking

Name : Astartes Force Halberd

Class : Melee Damage :1d10+2 Type : Rending Pen : 1

Special Rules : Balanced / Special

Now, I need you guys to help me decide wether I should make him have any other stats / traits for being a Grey Knight. I know that as Deathwatch and Grey knights are both primarily controlled by different sections of the Inquisition, they wouldnt normally have a Grey Knight working for the DW, but I'd like to see how it would play....
