Meditation Talent does nothing ?

From Page 123 of DW; The Meditation Talent Description

Success on a Willpower Test and 10 minutes without interruptions removes one level of fatigue.

From page 251 of DW; Removing Fatigue

Each 10 minutes of normal rest that includes no combat, no psychic powers and no strenuous activity removes one level of fatigue.

How exactly is the Talent (which costs a Rank 3 Librarian 500 advance points) an advantage ?

You could read it as saying that it removes an extra level of fatigue, meaning you use it to remove 2 fatigue every 10 minutes.

Me, I see it as somewhere where they copied the meditation text from DH/RT, without taking into account that Space Marines remove fatigue faster than regular humans.

Librarians with one of the 2 force field powers could, in theory, turn them on and kick back and meditate while maintaining them and remove fatigue while still providing their bonus (more likely with the DA's Force Barrier than the bubble since it works against everything, and at rank 3 you can push it to nearly impenetrable levels vs anything not a powerfist/lascannon). Assuming nothing gets luck and hurts the librarian during this time period that is, since Med doesn't have the stipulations of no combat, no psychic powers and no strenuous activity, just no interruptions + willpower test.
