Are the Pre-Painted sets going to be released at the same time the Main Game is going to be released?

I'm asking because I want to pre-order both but if the pre-painted set is going to take awhile then I dont want wait a long time till the pre-painted set when I already paid for the original game (which is not going to be sent to me since the retailer sends all the orders together). If that make sense.
