I havnt managed to pick up the new hardback yet. Are there any Normandy/ western front scenarios that use german 88's?

Not sure if you got your answer on your own or not but the short answer to this is no. There is one Africa setting scenario that gives the Germans an AT gun but no others. It may have snuck it in as part of reinforcements but I did not see it with a quick review of all the scenarios.
