I am a True-hearted chinese customer ,so I had brought the ffg's new product:BATTLES OF WESTEROS recently.but in my box,three figures are missing:two of them are Winterfell Riders(light grey) and one is KEVAN LANNISTER(dark grey)

so i have sent two e-mail for the ffg to Replacement last saturday .but five days is passing,my e-mail is also missing ,have anyone to help me?
