I have been looking for awhile. it should be stickied as the first post on these forums really. If someone has high quality blank hero cards and avatar cards etc. please link them here.

I'unno about Avatar cards, but Iam's Fantasy Card Creator (Search the forums for it) can make everything else fairly high quality.

iams fantasy card creator or whatever led me to dead ends. btw.

Ah... Well... This link was part of another post and topic. Iam's supports every card type save the Road to Legend specific stuff.

If Iam was still an active member I'd find him and point you in his direction, but as far as I know he isn't.
