Hey gang,

Due to some errors resulting from Windows Hello, I might need to reset my laptop and try setting it up again. However, I have three concurrent games going on right now in the App, and I'm worried if resetting my laptop is going to wipe out all that progress. Does anyone know if progress is backed up in the cloud? Or am I SOL?

If you are using a laptop, you are using Steam, correct? Steam has cloud saves for the game if you have it enabled. However, to guarantee you have the files in hand you can navigate to the game's save location on your laptop and copy the JiME_Data folder to an external drive. Then, replace the folder when you are ready.
