the perform action step will happen as normal. you will be stressed from performing a red maneuver, though.

To complete the answer to the original question: Yes, the ILO effect grants you a barrel roll action after the maneuver even if it's not on your action bar. This is the same way that Afterburners is phrased.

Then you move on to the perform action step, but as Meffo pointed out you will be stressed from the red maneuver so you probably can't do anything during the perform action step.

can TIE/br Rampage (after he fully executed a red 3 talon roll)

- first use ILO to barrel roll,

- and then use his pilot ability, choose a ship range 0-1 and deliver strain?

theres no 'if' clause in his ability, old Teroch works, but is the player allowed to choose in which order both abilities enter the queue??
