Rise of The Separatists Campaign

So me and four of my friends are doing a campaign set during the clone wars my (favorite era), we have two Jedi and two clone troopers. As I was looking through some of the pre made starter adventures I became unsure as to what would be a good adventure where both the Jedi and the Clones characters can shine. I wanted to start with the Mountaintop Rescue adventure found in the Force and Destiny beginner game because it would be good opportunity for the Jedi to use their force powers for the first time. However I feel that the Clone characters might feel left out and not getting any cool moments during this. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could make this adventure seem more like a Republic rescue mission where the Clones are utilized a bit more? Or even if you have an idea of your own for a Clone Wars campaign please let me know.

I'd suggest having the clones assigned to escort the Jedi on an investigation mission/recon mission/diplomatic mission, depending on their bent.

I do not know Mountaintop Rescue, but I think you might be able to weave that in together, having some complication ensue where the Jedi are asked to help. Then maybe they discover that the Separatists were behind it in some way.

Otherwise, I'd suggest something along the lines of an attack gone wrong: Sent to infiltrate behind enemy lines, their shuttle was shot down before they reached the target. Now they are stranded and have to work together to find their way back to friendly territory or accomplish their original mission. Along the way, you have encounters with wildlife (Sense, Influence?), droids (combat, obviously), and other obstacles. Maybe a clone trooper is pinned beneath a fallen log and the Jedi needs to use Move to rescue him. Heal is always an easy power to include.

As a GM who has played through Mountaintop Rescue a few times, I would suggest a few things.

1. In the Clones Wars TV show, clones are trained to use grappling hooks. So, when they finish fighting the hunters, have them use the grappling hooks instead of the force to get out. Just modify the dialogue of the gatekeeper a little bit.

2. When confronting Malefax, (or really at any other time) the clones could use their grappling hooks as a force leap sort of thing, where they grapple the ceiling and fly towards an area.
