The card reads: "Reaction: After an opponent's card ability or ring effect discards 1 or more cards from your hand - that opponent discards an equal number of cards at random from his or her hand."
Does the Akodo Motivator card needs to be in play or the reaction can trigger also when the card is facup in one of your provinces?
