Getting tired of painting,cleaning brushes,etc. Are colored markers ok for 3D printed minis? Can dull coat or black wash be applied over the markers? What brand of markers? Thanks in advance for any help.

I've used paint markers before, and they work well, particularly metallic colors.

Coloured pencils with accurately sharpened really pointy tip works quite well for small parts like nose art, letters etc.

Thanks for the suggestions. Do I have to primer the 3D printings or can I just use the paint pens and then seal them?

For the metallics, you can just used the paint pen as they are fairly opaque and go on even. For other colors, you should probably prime, especially the lighter you go colorwise. Yellow, Orange, and White specifically.
