I heard Cpt Rex can now wear a jetpack, is this true?

What are the rules of this and does it make Rex better?

I like it on him. 5 points is cheap and I've always gotten good use out of it. Every time I haven't take it recently I've regretted it.

Same. It is really important if you see an opportunity for his 1 pip as well (very rare, but can be devastating).

I've used it, but not particularly a fan. It encourages overly aggressive plays with Rex, and he's simply not good enough to pull them off. Only benefit I've seen is that it makes for an easy escape from those situations. Different playstyles will affect that, as will individual experiences, but no thanks.
