Hello all.

Snow troopers have the keyword STEADY (free ranged attack after a move action).

Can Snow troopers move-free attack an enemy unit and then move-free attack the same unit again? Rules say you cannot do an attack action twice in the same activation even for free attacks.

no you cannot attack twice with steady, what you can do is move your guys out of LOS blocking cover take a shot and then move them back behind the cover so they cannot be shot again.

As 5particus said, you cannot attack twice with Steady as you are limited to a single attack action during your activation.
