So my gaming buddy and I were confused about a specific situation during our game. He played Leia's Coordinated Bombardment card which allows her to attack 3 units at range 4+. The Game's condition card was Limited Visibility which states that you cannot fire beyond range 2 on round 1, and cannot fire beyond range 3 on round 2. The debate and questions based on the Limited Visibility condition:

1) Can Leia's Coordinated Bombardment be used during rounds 1 or 2?

2) Does she need LOS to each unit that she wants to bombard?

I'm guessing the rules also apply to Veer's Maximum Firepower Command card.

It is a normal attack for all purposes and works exactly the same as any other attack, such as if she were to try to shoot someone with her pistol. If it worked differently it would say so on the card.

And yes, this all applies to Veer's Maximum Firepower Command card.

No to the first and yes to the second. I have personally made that mistake with veers before.

Just to be clear, you can play Coordinated Bombardment during round 1 or 2 in that scenario, it's just that Leia won't be able to make those extra attacks because of the Limited Visibility.
