Wheel of Judgement

I have it, what would people like to know?

Anything which is potentially spoilery for players, I will put in spoiler tags, so be warned for the rest of the thread.

Does it follow on from any other published adventure?

What rank characters is it recommended for?

It doesn't follow on from any other adventures, but does pick up a thread hinted at in Emerald Empire .

There is no recommended character rank on the module, just the 'dead PCs' requirement. It can probably be run for most PCs without too much tweaking and refers to the encounter difficulty guide when doing larger conflicts so that it can be balanced to the group.

And at the end of it the characters resurrect or reincarnate?

Is the map of Phoenix Lands?

The characters may resurrect or reincarnate if they do what is required.

Phoenix Lands on one side and the map of the cosmos on the other. This from the announcement article is the top half of it:

Do the players get to meet any dead celebs? Doji Satsume, etc.

Not specifically*, but it does suggest having a meeting with people they know are dead. That could be Satsume specifically quite easily, if you started your campaign with the starter box and Castle of the Emerald Champion.

*unless you count Ryoshun as a celeb

When the .off goes up on drive thru...

Seriously, though, thanks. It looks like a really good adventure concept and one I'm going to have to use.

The distinction between the two allowing the potential to come back as themselves ?

Indeed :)

I could see doing this adventure as your first adventure and then your campaign is the reincarnation of these characters

Is there a mention of a DLC to expand the scenario ?

Previous adventures had those in the red side text in the first pages.

It's in the introduction in the main text, rather than a sidebar.

Do you have to have the Celestial Realms source book to run the adventure?

It says you can find out more, but I don't think there's anything necessary in Celestial Realms.

Does it have stats for the red and blue oni on the cover and what adversaries are in the adventure?

Yep, they are Mazoku, the natives of Meido, for which there are a couple of different stat lines and also individuals created by applying NPC templates.

Mazoku can be antagonistic or helpful, depending on what the characters do.

and there's a bunch of oni for the part that takes place in Jigoku
