1. Force choke will do one wound to the trooper, creature or emplacement. So if the target has been softened up you could finish it off with a choke.

2. Yes.

Regarding Force Push, in general yes, Emplacement Troopers can be Force Pushed, but in specific the 1.4 FD's Stationary rule prevents it from moving due to any game effect.

You might want to read the text on the Force Choke card again. It doesn't say anything about killing an "entire" model or unit.
