No. They can use only one weapon since they don't have the arsenal keyword.

They don't have arsenal. What makes you think they can choose more than one weapon to fire with?

Splitting fire requires multiple weapons and either multiple minis (only counted by different bases) or "Arsenal X". Otherwise, you get one attack with one weapon.

Even though there are two crew members, the whole thing still counts as one mini per the rules.
