Your claim can easily be faked, since it has nothing to report, and according to ovi it contradicts me, yet I know that what I am saying happened.

That’s not precise. He visisting Gink match perfectly with my night action. It is actually your claim which contradicts my fruit.

At the time I’d voted, you visited half an hour ago and said nothing.

I’m sorry if IRL is inconvenient to catch up with the game, but you have had more opportunity to talk than you have used; the forum shows it.

Also, this is the role-fishiest of role-fishing. Like, could be screenshotted for a wiki article.

Ok, but I repeat my question, is what I did bad? I just reread the rules and didn't see it mentioned. Is it a taboo thing?

Also I wouldn't rely on my "Active" monitor thing too closely. Even when my phone is locked, i still hear the sound from the chrome app when someone posts an update. No other app on my phone does that. I'm wondering if that makes me seem active when I'm not? Idk. I guess I could log out then check out my profile and see what it says but honestly that's a lot of work for little gain. Believe me or don't, that's on you, I'm just trying to convey why I'm not as active as I'd like.

If there's a doc out there, he should stay hidden. Otherwise scum will kill the doc if they know who it is. So asking for the doc to reveal himself is very bad.

Ahh thanks. Still learning things like this.

Is there some property of the fruit which could explain why I couldn't track Madaghmire on N2?

Yes. I was just writing but I lost it. I’ll try again.

Oh man I love this argument. I've used it as scum myself, because its so fun.

You do it for a few reasons;

1. Gink is still vocal town, which even if he were wrong on his assumptions, makes him dangerous to leave alive. As such, he becomes a priority target.

2. As a meta call, Gink is a valuable target.

3. Because once he dies, his arguments gain the weight of knowing they came from a town source. If he's wrong, you can let him get killed. If he's right though, then he needs to be taken off the board and there needs to be a way to take suspicion off yourself. This argument is built in as long as town still has him in their sights. Once he's not the leading consensus scum suspect, it goes away, so he has to be night killed while it can still be deployed.

Me too. My vote remains.

I'm suspicious now but I agree with his latest post that killing Gink would be a dumb move. I don't see Bertie making a move that dumb unless he's trying to trick us...

Scum Team: Bertie & Forty?

1. My fruit works as intended: it went to Gink, it blocked Bertie, the two things could happened.

1a) it went to Mad: blockin Bertie again (bad luck). How Ghost knows about the fruit then? Two options, again.

1aa) scum has a cop and scanned me: however this doesn’t explain how he knows he must give it away. Also, he wouldn’t know who has the fruit and therefore makes his claim suicidal. NOT POSSIBLE.

1ab) Mad is scum so he learnt about the fruit and may give that info to Ghost through the scum chat. In this case they knows what they must do with the fruit and also where it is. They can safely claim while keeping the fruit out of circulation to support their claim. They may also use that night action to protect themselves against a tracker watcher as their a visiting someone who doesn’t die. POSSIBLE

1b) the fruit went to ghost: then someone else blocked Berties this time. This explain Ghsot actions just the same like in case 1ab, just without the need of Mad being scum. POSSIBLE

2. My fruit doesn’t work completely as intended: Gink and Ghost get swapped, Bertie actually tracked Ghost and get blocked by the fruit. From here:

2a) ghost send it to his mate, Mad: which would block again Bertie e and make the weird claim just the same as 1ab so POSSIBLE

2b) ghost send it to Gink: Which makes no sense if scum, so he is telling the truth. Bertie got blocked by someone else or is partially lying (note that the first track is “proven” true under point 2).

3. My fruit doesn’t work as intended at all. Then it goes to Ghost but also Bertie tracked Ghost but, this time he should get a result unless a town roleblocker blocked him twice.

Okay. There could be another double voter, so it's time to claim. I'm the town tracker, but both my tracks have been unsuccessful (I'm assuming roleblocker is the culprit).

Tracker can be Scum as easily as Town

I meant that same thing, but from the other direction. His story supports yours and contradicts mine. Mine partially supports yours (I mentioned the fruit first), but contradicts him.

I know I am telling the truth, and his claim could only support yours accidentally, since it is the same thing a scum might say.

Either he is lying, and accidentally said something that seems legit to you, or there is a busdriver who swapped Gink and myself.

Will anyone stand up and claim the doc role? It's not me.

@The Jabbawookie you've played with me long enough to know roughly what time zone I'm in. You've also played with me long enough to know I have kids. I'll fill in the gap that I mostly only get to do things like this at night, and recently I've been working both nights and weekends. That's mostly to blame for me being quiet.

That and me really not being sure.

I'm going to go ahead and ##vote Bertie for now. If a doc shows up I'll unvote. If I'm convinced otherwise I'll unvote. But I can see the point that the argument Bertie is making is the same argument that scum would make in this setting.

Forty! Are you asking for a Doc claim? Isn’t this a little too like how D1 went??

This is the KEY

My fruit makes the target inmune to night actions. I sent it to Gink therefore he is inmune so the bus driver so there is no way you got the fruit.

I mean, unless Pod “cheated” with the fruit description or he just screwed it up giving the fruit to you just by the face.

Sounds like Pod made a mistake to me. Which is easy to do considering such a complicated setup.

Yes. And whilst it is possible Forty is just Townslipping I am liking the idea of you and him as ScumMates together.

Okay. Will you vote Forty today if there aren't enough votes on me?

I would like us to press home the attack on Bertie please.

Top Town: ovi; Jabba

Top Scum: Bertie; Forty

No longer convinced of Bertie's innocence here; I have a hard time imagining a likely scenario in which one of Bertie and Forty isn't scum.

Still inclined to vote Forty today because he's the less talkative of the two and didn't claim a power role, but I won't split trains over it.

@EbonHawk care to weigh in?

I do not understand the @Ginkapo kill choice. At the end of yesterday he was clearly in the crosshairs of a push today (not just my suspicion and vote or the concerns of others but his own voting record). So either Gink was onto someone or Scum erred in their NK choice.

Co spider, I did lose basically my only ally though which doesn't help me with my reads.

Gink seemed to have information he was acting on, either way he was solving this game and was my ally.. I actually think gink was a pretty great kill

had he been alive you you guys he would have been killed, would he? I wouldn't be supporting it, maybe scum tipped their hand here by removing someone who was close to solving the game.
