When using force push, who places the affected unit in their new position? Who chooses cohesion? The force user or the affected unit?

when force choke, can you specify which specific unit receives the wound? In a full imperial unit, can the force user say, I am choking the DLT in the unit?

1. Whoever is using Force Push does everything. They "perform a speed-1 move" with that unit just as if they were doing so with one of their own units.

2. Yes, you can choose the model that receives the wound (I assume you mean model and not unit). This is one of the few abilities in the game that lets you target a model instead of a unit. You CAN use this to pick off Heavy Weapon upgrades, and you should.
