New Rebel Character. Need Balancing opinions.

Your Beasts are not slowed by difficult terrain and can squeeze between small openings.

4xp: Beast Master: +1 Endurance +2 Health

You may have as many Beasts active as you want. You and your beast all get +1 Damage if at least two of you are attacking the same target. All surge values for you and your beasts value increase by 1.

Reward: My Beasties: If you have 2 active beasts on the field then increase all surge ability values by 1. You and your beasts, gain 2 Surges- Become Hidden and Focused.
