Questions on Astral Projection and Master of the Mystic Arts (Doctor Strange)

By Immanion, in Marvel Champions: The Card Game

On Astral Projection , I'm accustomed to a 'look at' card saying to either discard the card after looking or to place it back in the deck, at the top or with a reshuffle. It says none of this, so I'm inclined to leave it as the next encounter card at the top.

On Master of the Mystic Arts , this is a hero action that lets you pay the cost of the next invocation card, resolve its special ability, and place it back on the top of the invocation deck. Unlike Doctor Strange's Spell Mastery action, this card says nothing of exhausting Doctor Strange. It doesn't refer to Strange's Spell Mastery action at all, so this seems to be simply a different way to play an invocation and would seem to leave him un-exhausted.

What're your thoughts? Is that how you play these two?
