If I perform a standard movement which ends out ot range but cross the range, does the mine explode?

No. One of the two conditions to trigger the mine is that the unit must be at range 1 of it after performing the move.

"After a non-repulsor unit performs a move, if it is at range 1 and in line of sight of a condition token..."

Does scout x ending in range of mine trigger it?

Yes. Scout is a move. It can be a good way to blow a mine before the game starts actually.

In the first tournament I ever played in, I lost 6 Rebel Troopers and my opponent lost 2 wounds each from Han and Chewie because of mines during the Deploy Units step.
