I haven't been able to get a few of the later books and so am very curious to know what the NPC only talents do.
Such as LUke's One in a Million...Vader's I have you now...I know the Emperor and Yoda have one as well and I think Asajj has one. Unsure if anyone else like Anakin or Dooku does but if someone has these books and knows i'd be grateful 😄

I suggest you check out @duffn's site, The Outer Rim. It has lists of NPCs and their special abilities, with descriptions of same. I'm not sure how many of the abilities are uploaded as of right now, but I know they've been typed up because I did it myself.
