I haven't been able to get a few of the later books and so am very curious to know what the NPC only talents do.
Such as LUke's One in a Million...Vader's I have you now...I know the Emperor and Yoda have one as well and I think Asajj has one. Unsure if anyone else like Anakin or Dooku does but if someone has these books and knows i'd be grateful 😄

I suggest you check out @duffn 's site, The Outer Rim . It has lists of NPCs and their special abilities, with descriptions of same. I'm not sure how many of the abilities are uploaded as of right now, but I know they've been typed up because I did it myself.
