Will the Hardpoint weapon upgrades on the Rebel AT-RT and the Clone At-RT interchangeable? The upgrade card only says it can only be used with AT-RT. Does not specify Rebels or clones.
AT-RT Rebel/Clones
IIRC they said they would be identical, so probably yes, though we have to actually see what the cards say.
The weapons are identical but the cards will be different. This will allow them to perform balance tweaks independently if needed.

Says who? As far as we know everything is identical except the units themselves.

Look at R2D2 and C3PO. They have different cards for Rebels/Republic. The cards are identical except for the factions. These weapons will fall into the same pattern.

Unit cards are always faction-specific, upgrade cards are not. There is no reason the for hardpoint cards for the Republic AT-RT to not be identical, as there is nothing on the original cards that identifies them as Rebel-specific.

You're (mostly) correct. I didn't realize they gave the new unit the exact same name. The new ones will at least have different art 😋

Where's your source for this? Cause i really hope this is true I love new art cards

No source, I'm just making an educated guess.

Almost every single thing he's said is just made up guesses that he's passing off as known facts.

Easy there keyboard warrior. I literally posted that it was an educated guess...
Edit:
On second thought, I am correct there will be new cards whether there is new art or not. There was an errata for the points cost of all three weapons, so we will get new *different* cards with the appropriate points cost.

Umm...yes, after someone challenged you to provide a source, you admitted that you were just making stuff up and then presenting it as fact.
Nope, they've specifically said the cards will never change. Those are the official point values for non-competetive play. Per the RRG and statements from the developers, they will never change the cards since those point values are still valid.

Sorry, but you're clearly taking this personally. Keep being combative, that's the spirit!
So, the cards will never change? Referring only to points?

That's what they've been telling us.

What have they been telling us? That only points will never change on cards or cards themselves will never change?

They will not "update" cards with the competitive-play points changes. They have already changed several cards in other ways. For an example, see the errata'd T47 Airpseeder. They changed several abilities on the card but kept the original "casual" points value of 175 instead of changing it to the competitive-play points cost of 140.
the points on the card will never change and may be used for 'casual' plays but for competitive plays you must use the updated points
They will never change ... until they do. This is FFG we're talking about 😉
