Hello, how would this score in tournament? we were 37 (me) and 39 (my friend) and in the end of the round i had 7 Propaganda Posters and my friend 1...

so its a draw 40-40 or something else? (especially in Tournament?)

• A two-player skirmish mission ends as soon as one player has accumulated 40 or more victory points (VPs).
  The player with the most VPs wins the game.

Also there should only be 6 posters on the board, you remove 2 posters at the start of the mission.
