With Cassians 1 pip, does long shot on the pistol require an aim token per attack pool to make each shot r3, or can i spend 1 aim token to make both gunslinger shots r3?

The attacks from Gunslinger are entirely separate from each other (it instructs you to perform another attack after you've resolved the first one, and Long Shot triggers during the Form Attack Pool step of each attack). You'd need to spend 2 aims total to extend both of them.
