Is a vehicle's LOS that which is in the front arc or do they have 360 LOS and only certain weapons can shoot out of certain arcs?

I'm thinking in reference to the Vet Clone pilot. Can he see and use tokens from a unit hiding behind his tank for cover?

Vehicle and LOS rules don't mention anything about a vehicle's sight.

Vehicle LoS is still 360, but some weapons have Fixed: Arc preventing being used in different arcs. If the LoS was fixed, then weapons in Arcs other than the front couldn't be used.

Vehicles are also units/unit leaders, so anywhere the rules use those terms also applies to vehicles unless their is a stated exception elsewhere.

Firing arc and line of sight are two completely different things.
