anyone else having issues trying to submit a list? I go to the link provided, have signed up and activated my account, but when I go to sign up for the event it just says my sign up status is pending and wont let me submit a list, am I still going to get a penalty before I even start just because the system wont let me submit it?

Lists are to be delivered on the day of the event due to the RRG changes, so don't worry.

You will be able to upload a list once your registration is approved.
