Blue player draws and reveals 3 cards of each type.

How many cards of each have to be in their hand to start with?

Can you just have 3 of each?

I believe you have to have 4 of each, randomly shuffle discard one of each and turn the 3 of each face up.

According to the tournament rules:

players must bring 12 unique objective, deployment, and condition battle cards, four of each type.

Of note, only the tournament rules specify the number of battle cards in the deck.

The RRG never specifies.
