There Are reconing (red) icons everywhere. There Are ones in the scenario sheet, monsters, player cards etc. Look every plase where you see that icon. Execute the (normal bad) things that happens when reconing happens aka Gaming instructions after that reconing icon. First scenario scheet, then monsters, then player cards.
