Short answer: If it was a unit leader, yes.

To elaborate, placed by the player who didn't move the vehicle, minis must be in cohesion with unit leaders, unit leaders placed within range 1 of original location, then all minis that are not in cohesion are moved. Can't be placed in base contact with an enemy, and it must stay on original elevation if possible.

Specifically for ground vehicles and creature troopers. Repulsor vehicles can only displace troopers by ending a compulsory move on the trooper mini.
