We had this discussion before and I’ll agree partially, just in the sense that if you find a character being ambushed behind an alley by a random nameless rōnin you don’t actually need to roll a full duel, you can only roll a one-roll duel. Then again, everyone can play however they like. I’m just saying that the book suggest such things. And sounding a lot like Cato, the conflict chapter should be completely rewritten.
