So I was looking at the Imperial Officer's command cards (and I assume the same is true for the Rebel Officer): they don't have any text at the top that seems to constrain them to only the Imperial Officer the way that, for example, Darth Vader's do.

Does that mean I can freely interchange them and use them in my command deck?

Ie, if my Force contains Darth Vader as a leader (and my ONLY leader), can I choose any of the following cards to build my command deck:

1.) Darth Vader's command cards

2.) The standard command cards

3.)The Imperial Officer's command cards

there are no Imperial Officer command cards. If you are refering to the command cards that come in the specialist pack those are generic command cards and are added to the 4 you get in the core box, they can be used by any imperial commander.To answer your question you can use a mix of specific commander and the 6 generic plus Standing Orders
