For jump x, can a unit pass over a gap if it ends at the same height. Ie luke moves from one rooftop at height one to another at height 1, even though there is a drop in between. Seems as if its ok in the rules, just double checking

"The unit can pass over or end its movement on top of terrain that is height X or lower ..." (emphasis added)

So, I would say, yes, Luke is "passing over" terrain that is height X "or lower" (the gap)
