A friend of mine and I were trying out some Dark Side Force Users last night. Since we normally shy away from them (so expensive!), we hadn’t really used Force Choke, and we had a couple of questions.

Force Choke says you choose a “mini” at Range 1 rather than a “unit” at Range 1. Does that mean I get to choose the specific miniature, allowing me to target a heavy weapons mini? If so, do I have to be within Range 1 of the specific mini, or am I considered to be in Range 1 of all the minis in a unit if I’m in Range 1 of the another mini in the unit?

You choose a mini (not unit) at range 1 and it suffers 1 damage, so you can target a heavy weapon if you want.
