I think I may be applying the Sharpshooter 1 and Cover 1 keywords in the wrong place, ss they both affect cover currently I apply them in the Apply Dodge and Cover step, but I think these are classed as card abilites so should I be applying them in the Modify step? The reason I ask is, they don't actually modify the dice?
