I have just thought about is how a trooper + droid trooper unit works. Can they be healed from astromechs? can they gain ion tokens? do you use the main mini's trooper type?

Looking at Iden + ID-10 obliviously this unit in particular cannot be healed by astromechs because it is only 1 wound meaning that it would be dead and it cannot be returned. Or can it? Can Iden get Ion tokens though? I guess this makes sense on why Cassian and K-2SO are separate units now.
