Questions on attack and defence

By TIE wing, in Rules

1. i saw a youtube video where a unit of clone troopers were attacking a unit of battle droids with just thee unit leader left, and when the clones landed two hits, thee battle droid unit only rolled one die. Are they not supposed to roll 2? Might have been taken off from cover but still wanted to clarify

2. While forming attack pools, though it is not recommended, can you make more than two stack pools?

thx in advance

1. Yes, it was supposed to roll 2. Certainly there was cover involved.

2. I don't understand this fully. What is a 'stack pool'?

i mean attack pool

You can only form as many attack pools as you have eligible weapons.

One attack pool = at least one (or more) weapons.

If you have a unit that can use three weapon (i.e. DT, Pathfinder). You can form more than two attack pools.

You may only create 1 attack pool for each weapon in the unit. For instance, stormtroopers on their own carry only the e-11 blaster, if you add a heavy to the unit then the heavy can form their own attack pool against a different unit. you may not form 2 attack pools against the same target. all the rules can be found here: RULES .

1. if it was a super battle droid, it would have been armor. if not, it could be a player error, they happen a lot ;)
