I went into local game shop and they had none in stock and they FFG are stopping this product... Can any one confirm this.

It's not stopped, but there won't be any more 6 pack cycles from here on out. Likely no more full size deluxe boxes either - just the smaller clamshell "mini-deluxe" packs which are how the L5R Clan Packs are distributed. So basically, everything is going to be moving at a glacial pace from here on out. This may either be a good or bad thing, depending on you.

I don't think there is anything to suggest they've lost the licence. However, the game is mostly finished. After the Targ box, the are changing to a ad hoc pack distribution; however the previewed cards were 1st Edition (and earlier?) cards repurposed into 2nd Edition, right down to reused art. As such, I think the game is done for most players.

I don't expect anything from FFG unless GRRM get his stuff together and finishes Winds of Winter.
