On all the unit abilities that say "when this unit is issued an order", does that apply only to the command phase from the commander?

Or does it apply when they get their order token drawn from the pool as well?

Issuing orders only happens during the Command Phase at the beginning of each turn.

Most of the “when issued effects” apply to orders that are issued from any source. Some specify that it must come from a commander. Leia’s No Time for Sorrows, for example, doesn’t care where the order came from. But Jyn’s Trust Goes Both Ways does.

Which is such a shame, when I saw that card I had such high hopes of teamworking an army.
