Can Invoke the Divine be played if you have no Spells in hand? (in an attempt to draw out a cancel)
It does not have the same "choose" cost as Ambush.
Also, From the Shadows does not have it either.

You can’t play either of those cards if you could not fulfil the effects with cards in your hand.

Must the (up to) three spells be in your hand at the time you play Invoke the Divine?
Can you play a spell drawn via Oracle of Earth if Oracle is your first spell played?

You fully resolve each spell one at a time, and do not need to announce them up-front. If you draw a Spell off of Oracle of Stone, you may play it.
