I dont know really. I mean, I love this game but to be frank, I feel like I am arguing a bit against local variations in the rules for log hurling. It is perhaps not that important.

But from the formal aspect I dont think there is much wiggle room. IACP is not by any means a small change, it is aiming to rejuvinate pieces and squads so it is not intendend to be a small change in my book. Many changes, even smaller ones, I feel are meta altering. There is a limit for sure, but at that point it is most likely irrelevant.
