You can never voluntarily leave the battlefield.

Yes, there’s nothing preventing you from using the exhaust weapons as long as you meet the requirements for them.

This is so much fun to do btw...fire your opponents HH-12 right at their own AT-ST and then they have to recover before they can use the weapon again 🤣
