For the 3 pip command card for rex's expansion, 'we're not programmed' which activates 4 clone troopers and has some other abilities, can he activate himself as one of the 4 clone troopers as his type is a clone trooper?

Since he also has the "clone trooper" keyword he can issue an order (out of the 4) to himself.

He was born on Kamino and sounds like Temura Morrison so.......

also, about clone troops, can they share stand by tokens?

so pretty much an rps squad can move, aim, and when an opponent's unit activates, they can use a friendly standby to attack?

Well, they have to wait for the enemy unit to attack, move, or do any action before they can spend the Standby, but your strategy is sound.
