Do Reckless Diversion and Inconspicious neutralize each other?

By M.Mustermann, in Rules

1. Do Reckless Diversion and Inconspicious neutralize each other?

2. The new counterpart rule says that you can assign any number of wounds to any miniature of the unit, regardless of line of sight. It does not explicitly say that you can ignore other restrictions (like allocating wounds to the unit leader or ignore any wounds that might allready be on a modell). Am I still allowed to ignore the restrictions that are not mentioned?

1. There is no rule indicating that, and both Reckless Diversion and Inconspicious say "must attack" and "if able". I guess it needs a FAQ or errata to clarify how they will interact. As currently there is no unit with Inconspicious, maybe FFG will update the RRG before that release to make that clarification.

2. Yes, the rule says that you can assign those wounds as you want, the only restriction is that the Counterpart mini must be defeated before the non-Counterpart one.
